Marketing AssistantKey Responsibilities:
- Content Curation and Organization: Assist in the curation and organization of content on the platform, including researching and profiling 1000 top companies in the wellness industry based on specific metrics.
- Data Management: Perform data entry tasks to populate the content management platform with curated company profiles and relevant information.
- Content Categorization: Organize company categories and nomenclature on the platform, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- SEO and Content Strategy Development: Apply SEO best practices to optimize platform content for search engines, and contribute to the development of a robust content strategy to attract and engage users post-launch. Familiarity with keyword research to enhance SEO is crucial, though you do not need to be an expert.
- Knowledge-Base Creation: Pre-launch, help the client curate an initial knowledge base of 1000 engaging wellness and longevity articles, utilizing AI and research.
- Continuous Research and Updates: Conduct ongoing research across various platforms, including forums on Reddit and Twitter, to stay abreast of the latest developments in the wellness industry. This research will ensure that the platform remains current and that featured companies continue to meet the platform’s standards.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the founder and other team members to finalize the platform’s development and transition smoothly to the launch and marketing phases.
- Collect Contact Information: Gather key details of points of contact and decision makers for brands and solutions being added to the platform, facilitating targeted outreach efforts post-launch.

- Effective Platform Organization: You have successfully organized and prepared the platform for launch, with a well-structured presentation of curated content.
- Strong SEO Impact: Your SEO efforts have significantly enhanced content visibility and search engine rankings, drawing a larger audience to the platform.
- Dynamic Content Creation: Post-launch, you have developed and implemented a content strategy that consistently engages users and promotes the platform's key offerings.
- Updated and Relevant Content: You have maintained the platform's relevance by continuously updating content and ensuring that all listed companies and services meet current standards of excellence and innovation in the wellness space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Keen Interest in Wellness: A strong interest in the wellness industry, preferably with knowledge of wellness services and products.
- Experience in SaaS and DTC Marketing: Prior experience in SaaS or direct-to-consumer marketing is beneficial, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
- Some experience in SEO: Understanding of SEO, with the ability to apply SEO best practices to content creation and platform optimization.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage large sets of data and organize content efficiently.
- Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and the capacity to take on responsibilities without direct supervision.
- Copywriting Experience: Some experience in copywriting, capable of creating compelling content that engages and informs users.
