Print and organize various documents, compile relevant information and communicate to appropriate personnel. Maintain current knowledge of company health safety programs, as well as local, regional, or national regulations. Respect the health rules and handling procedures in place in all areas related to foodstuffs. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are completed correctly and filed. Be able to perform food inventory, demand, and cost calculations. Lead inventory audits to determine inventory quantities and needs. Notify manager/supervisor if stock is exhausted. Resolve supplier delivery issues and supervise returns procedures. Verify and follow up on received inventory. Reconciling delivery invoices and receipts. Receiving, unloading and processing deliveries. Monitor and ensure adequate levels of food stock. Reject damaged, incompatible or incorrect items. Assist management in training, planning, advising and reminding of discipline, motivating and supporting employees; To be role models in service. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Report accidents, injuries and all working conditions deemed hazardous to the manager; Complete training and obtain the required safety certificates.
