Piping Segment Head

Daily Operations

  • Organise, allocate, and supervise work to all teams
  • Daily toolbox talks for the Piping & HVAC department and encourage interactive sessions for all personnel to
  • maintain a conducive healthy working environment in the department
  • Liaise with QC / Client for test/inspections for smooth progress of work and work completions thereafter
  • Maintain and reporting of work progress data on a required basis
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of all tools and facilities with the department through adherence to maintenance schedules

Project Proposal

  • Develop/Review project Technical Specifications according to Owner and Design Requirements
  • On-board inspection and scope definition (if required)
  • Define Mechanical; HVAC and Piping Scope, related Drawing/Document List, preliminary BOM, and Equipment list
  • Ensure compliance with all Rules, regulations, and statutory, and reflect its requirements to the design
  • Collaborate with the other Engineering team Members' efforts to accomplish the project proposal
