Always keep the work area clean and tidy.
Ensure that baggage handling is smooth and speedy for all arriving/departing guests.
Maintain a close relationship with reception/information center/cashier, in addition to other departments.
Takes all guest calls for bell/door desk or any related services.
Directing the bell representative to pick up luggage from guest rooms.
