- Contact and follow up with existing customers for renewing and upgrading
- Collect installment amount
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Keep an updated customer database
- Build strong relationships with customers to Assist the Sales B2b and find a new channel for sales
- Achieving sales target
- Handle complains to preserve the company’s reputation
- 2-4 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven record of met target (google sheet, excel)
- Ability and willingness to learn about our services specifications and benefits
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Varying levels of computer proficiency (Google sheet, Excel ) and good organizational skills
- background of trending technologies (Robotics, Programming, graphics) are preferred
- Outstanding negotiation skills , Communication skills And Presentation Skills
- English fluency (preferred)
- BSc/BA is a plus
