- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the warehouse
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to warehouse activities
- Assist in reconciling inventory records with physical stock, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies
- Monitor and track warehouse expenses, including utilities, maintenance, and supplies
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses
- Assist in conducting periodic internal audits of financial transactions and procedures
- Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices applicable to warehouse operations
- Perform other related duties.
