  • Running RFXs for all assigned categories (Direct & Indirect)
  • Enforce Procurement Policy and get involved at early stages in scope of work definition and issue the RFX
  • Ensure that a business has a constant supply of materials or equipment.
  • Work towards achieving targeted financial efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
  • Source, review, negotiate & procure materials and services for the company.
  • Prepare purchase orders, submit and send to suppliers.
  • Monitor purchase orders delivery, payments, terms and conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BA Industrial Engineer, Accounting or Business administration.
  • MS applications
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
  • Excellent command of English
  • Communication & negotiation skills.
  • Communication skills
  • Have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • 0-2 Years’ experience.
