Job Description
  • Repositioned brand to better fit a challenging target market. This included, but was not limited to, updating the brand’s identity & guidelines, developing a brand key that clearly determines the brand essence, using alternative communication channels that are more particular & targeted…etc.
  • Develop yearly Marketing reviews to assess the brand’s performance on all fronts such as sales, development, effectiveness of communication channels and CRM analysis.
  • Develop effective Marketing plans & strategies that tackle market needs & trends.
  • Develop periodic competitor analysis to create more compelling communication messages & offerings that stand out.
  • Develop effective digital strategies/plans that include using the latest technologies & tools on a set of channels such as social media, mobile advertising, search engine marketing & native advertising.
  • Successfully launched the brand’s website & supported it with SEM & SEO campaigns.
  • In charge of all content production made for digital media (digital calendars, user generated content, construction updates, online copies…etc)
  • Work closely with the Sales team to monitor market shifts & trends, hence tailoring effective tactical offers.
  • Work closely with the development department to determine the best product mix according to market needs & best performing products.
  • Manage events that are tailored for different partners, such as brokers, existing communities, and exhibitions as well as events that drive targeted traffic to the project.
  • Develop effective OOH campaigns.
  • In charge of all branding networks such as collateral, sales center branding, onsite hardscape & B2B events.
  • Launched a customer loyalty program with attractive offers that optimize on potential clients.
Job Requirements
  • +15 years of experience
  • Real estate experience is MUST
  • Being customer-centric.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.
  • Experience in events and Communication Strategy planning.
  • Worked in booth production in terms of material and pricing.
  • Experience in media plans.
  • Co-worked on developing designs for offline channels.
  • Co-worked on finalizing graphic designs for offline channels.
  • Experience of outdoor campaigns in terms of pricing.
  • Professional judgment and analytical experience in the marketing field.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively.
