QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must understand culinary terms and have strong mechanical ;

  • Must have a working knowledge of basic sanitation skills and be able to sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, and utensils according to proper industry standards, within specified time ;

EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
