• Project deployment activities, such as system integration, configuration, resolution status, and completed equipment installations.
• Implement or perform preventive maintenance, backup, or recovery procedures.
• Periodic Health Check for Tapping & Probing Systems (Gigamon Tapping & Anritsu systems)
• Manage user access to systems and equipment through account management and password administration.
• Acceptance for new/updated systems.
• Periodic backup for systems [OS/DB/App].
• Develop, maintain, or implement telecommunications disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
