Job Functions
- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.
- Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from P&C systems.
- Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
- Maintain lockers through weekly walk through and checks.
- Ability to implement and assist in all governmental process (Labor office, Insurance office, Health insurance office, Immigration Office.)
- The ability to generate and distribute all monthly reports including overdue performance reviews, birthday, new hire, and termination lists.
- The ability to process a terminated employee.
- The ability to distribute any literature, forms, prizes, cards, etc. to employees when necessary.
- The ability to assist in coordinating all employee related functions including Christmas party, children's party, theme days, picnic, etc.
- Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.
- Assist in all payroll records for proper signature.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
