Job Description
  • Supervision role for the whole cycle of finance activities
  • Monitoring the movement of the safe on a daily basis
  • Follow up the movement of checks and submit periodic reports
  • Carrying out all banking transactions
  • Follow up of bank balances daily
  • Monitoring the accounts of customers, suppliers and stores
  • Reviewing reports submitted by management
  • Issuing monthly reports required from the company's management
  • Participation in the monthly and annual tax closings
  • Contributing to the preparation of the annual financial statements
  • Informing the administration of all the required and necessary reports for making the decisions of the departments that deal with them
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
  • Exceptional math skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
