Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing in this role:
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by implementing best practices in software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Collaborate with product owners to grasp detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design to delivery of top-notch products to our users.
- Create user-friendly software that enables customers to customize and extend functionality to suit their specific needs
- Contribute to developing new products and features, as well as enhancing the existing product suite
- Act as a mentor for your colleagues and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in Java or a similar object-oriented language
- A passion for JavaScript, the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, object-oriented design, and performance/scalability considerations
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
- Analytical and design capabilities
- Proven ability in managing projects with significant technical risks at a team level
- Hands-on experience in Application Design, design patterns, and architecture
