Senior Sales Supervisor

Annual Sales, Margin & Price evolution contribution \r
- Producing appropriate sales forecasts and capitalizing or compensating for market changes \r
- Leading the Sales organization in the assigned area to achieve the Seeds and CP sales goals and objectives as derived by business strategies and marketing plans \r
- Focus on delivering the annual sales plan while ensuring steady price evolution & contribution. \r
- Work closely with the marketing and technical team to ensure alignment with Monthly and annual planning cycles \r
- Routinely work with distributors & their personnel and partners to ensure Key Accounts plan delivery \r
- Recognizing, anticipating, and solving customer problems resulting in business opportunities and revenue growth \r
- Demonstrating sales excellence and inspiring excellence in others \r
- Proactively identify and engage the relevant stakeholders to map out growth opportunities. \r
- Engage internally to get necessary support to define clear strategies and action plan to deliver the growth \r
- Critically analyse, evaluate, review, and implement country specific distribution strategies and where possible align with regional strategy \r
- Establish and execute key account plans aligned with regional strategy \r
- Maintain and grow relationship with distributors aligned with regional strategy \r
Growth, Defence & anti-generic initiative \r
- Monitor trends in the market \r
- Anti-generic strategy and monitoring of generics \r
- Trademarks infringement monitoring \r
- Counterfeit \r
Competitor activities including personnel, pricing, products, strategies, etc. \r
Risk and Exposure management \r
- Support on pre-collection and collection while ensuring Credit and finance team regularly updated on the various accounts and outstandings \r
- Work closely with CSRs and Accounts Receivables to ensure collections done in time and mitigate against any risk \r
- Regularly monitor any development trends with distributors and action to ensure mitigation against risk and exposure. \r

- Area Management meetings \r
- Accountable for local input into Demand Review process & supply chain communication \r
- Focus on personal and team development utilising available tools \r
- Focus on people management the role requires people management skills to be able to ensure success \r
- Ensure effective and efficient regular internal and external communication on various aspects to ensure smooth operation of the assigned territory \r
- Regular updates and monitoring of sales of the assigned territory and analysis \r
- Identify concerns and share possible solutions to ensure smooth flow of business \r
