Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.Develop periodic reports for management.Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.Accounting preparation of monthly/yearly closing.Job requirements :-1-3 years' experience in General account.Good English Speak and read.Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the integrated ERP software.Computer skills.Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills.Cooperative and has an excellent team work ability.High communication skills.Can handle stress perfectly.Fast learner and precise.
