Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the Digital Transformation strategic advisory arm of SAP's Customer Success Board area. We assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP investments. Our team draws on insights, experience from thousands of SAP customers. BTS works with customers at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to mobilize, deliver, and measure strategic business outcomes. Our vision is to drive business value and successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage, implement and optimize SAP solutions for the industries in which they operate.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Digital Business Services support our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

• Good understanding of end-to-end core business processes of Warehouse Management
• Independently handle implementation projects and lead team to deliver an outcome following SAP Activate methodology.
• Lead discussions around definition and design of developments needed to enhance standard solution in order to cover customer requirements.
• Ability to facilitate customer discussions and elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements.
• Aptitude to define the problem concisely and propose solution.
• Delivering billable components that meets a customer's needs.
• Responsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.
• Participating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager
• Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores
• Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• 7-10 years of SAP Experience
• Experience of Extended Warehouse Management Solutions (S/4HANA EWM or EWM 9.5)
• Experience of show & tell workshops, SAP best practices.
• Experience in business process configurations and testing of process scenarios.
• At least three full cycle implementations experience in Extended Warehouse Management
• Good integration knowledge of EWM integration with MM/SD/PP
• Strong experience of designing EWM technical solutions
• Experience of Radio Frequency (RF), User Interface development for SAP EWM
• Proficiency in ABAP Technologies
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications and technical specification documents relating to functional enhancements, interfaces, forms, and conversion of master data.
• Developing application specifications. Making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
• Strong knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Extended Warehouse Management or SCM EWM Solution
• Enhancements and Modifications.
• SAP Certification in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Mobility is must – candidate must be ready to travel to project locations (short term and long term).
• Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
• Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus.
• Solid oral and written communication skill.

PREFERABLE SKILLS

• Experience on Cloud WM can be an added advantage.
• SAP Certification in ABAP desirable
• ABAP Technologies (ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, SmartForms, Adobe forms, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Web Dynpro.
