Regulatory Affairs Junior Officer
Is needed for Medilab International Company (location: Heliopolis), a leading medical devices company in Egypt

Direct Manager:
Regulatory Affairs Manager

Main responsibilities :

  • Follow up, electronic and hard filing of registration documents obtained from, including contracts, and certificates, for current and new products and suppliers.
  • Obtaining early regulatory approval of new products and early renewal or variations for currently registered products by daily follow up with EDA responsible persons to fulfill requirements to finish the registration in timely manner, until issuance/renewal of Registration Slip, to maintain products registered.
  • Coordinate with EDA Inspectors, supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure fast EDA withdrawal and final / partial release of the quarantines shipments of pharmaceutical products and Medical Devices by preparing all necessary documentation & managing all the process till the final release.

4Follow up with NODCAR, and EDA central Lab by preparing all the necessary documents, Reference Standard and Chemicals to ensure fast analysis approval of the withdrawn samples.


  • Update centralized report of documentations validity, to the direct manager with the expiry status for contracts, S14, (CE), Free Sales Certificate (FSC), and CFG in order to keep management informed and take action if needed.

Warehouse & Medical Importer Registry licensing & S14 agency registry:

submission of documents to EDA & other regulatory authorities for updating the current licenses and getting licenses for the warehouse, and new suppliers.

7. Follow up on the Pharmaceutical and medical device Products annual import plan files according to sales plan. Preparing all the necessary documents needed for Submitting the Medical import permit for each shipment.

  • Liaise between EDA authorities (in person if required) and the company through coordinating meetings with the responsible employees in EDA.
  • Preparing the required documents for the medical device vigilance files
  • Follow EDA updated regulations for CAPA & medical supplies & pharmaceutical trading regulations, and quality assurance and control.
  • Contact suppliers for warehouse and product handling and control products, and services.
Experience :0-1 year in medical device and pharmaceutical registration, Import permit and medical device vigilance
Medical background is a must
