Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for software solutions? We are seeking a Software Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge recruitment software products and services to potential customers.

If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesFind and look for new customers via different channels.

Demonstrate clearly our product and servicesBuild relationships with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions customers may have about the software.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and offer any additional support needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their recruitment and hiring needs.
  • Strong knowledge of various software products and the ability to explain their features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay current on industry trends to better serve customers and drive sales.
