Job Description
  • Provide technical survey expertise for all survey aspects of the department and projects.
  • Implement policies and procedures for effective project survey team functioning on-site.
  • Manage project survey team activities, including mobilization, execution, deliverables, and project closeout.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance of survey data, field checks, calibrations, and survey results.
  • Oversee survey staffing, advising Area Survey Manager and Project Manager on personnel needs or improvements.
  • Support and advise the Site Project Team on survey and operational matters, providing project progress information regularly.
  • Gather data for the knowledge database to improve survey operations and maintain Survey Guidelines and Procedures.
  • Ensure safety and HSE requirements are observed, provide QA/QC and HSE guidelines, and handle survey equipment installation and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications & Certifications
     Bachelor's Degree in Hydrographic, Land or Engineering Survey or equivalent professional qualification.
     Certification / Membership: Additional certifications and affiliations in Survey and Risk Assessment / PTWsv
  • Years of experience
     5+ years.
  • IT skills
     (MS Office, AUTO CAD, PDS2000 and Terramodel)
  • Languages:
    English language fluency.
  • Industry related experience
     Dredging.
     Marine construction
