We are looking for a customer service & delivery app operator responsible for making sure that ordered products are being seamlessly delivered to the clients.
Hired person will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as providing customers assistance, orders assignment and supervision, office tasks such us creating daily reports, data entry, listings management.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining high performance levels for servicerelated processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Communicating with vendors and clients, handling complains and resolving issues
- Performing office duties, preparing daily reports and data entry
- Updating listings
Required Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Expertise in people management and leadership is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to train and guide junior team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Solid resource planning and problemsolving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English and Arabic language proficiency required
- Excel proficiency
Salary:
E£5, E£8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- El Gouna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
