Overview of the role
As a trusted advisor to senior management, you will play a critical role in driving human capital strategies that support business growth and foster a culture of performance, diversity, and meritocracy. Working closely with business leaders, your responsibilities will include enhancing people capabilities, developing talent, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. We are seeking a proactive HR professional to help solve complex business challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and implement HR strategies.
What you will do
- Communicate plans and progress to the HR Function and business unit
- Drive continuous improvement in HR activities
- Facilitate effective onboarding and productivity of new employees
- Develop succession and retention plans for key positions
- Design and execute learning and development programs
- Implement performance management initiatives and employee engagement practices
- Ensure compliance with local laws and Group policies
- Provide guidance and support to line managers
- Focus on enhancing employee engagement and productivity
- Monitor and report on employee costs
Required Skills to be successful
- Stakeholder Management
- Business Acumen
- Organisational Change Management (OCM)
What equips you for the role
- Minimum 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business Management
- CIPD qualification is advantageous
- Preference for a background in real estate
- Experience in HR transformation and change management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Experience in complex international organizations
