Data Analytics and Insights Generation

CRM Lead and Field Force Effectiveness

• Develop and execute a strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals, utilizing existing dashboards and creating new insights from available data sources. This includes leveraging data analytics tools and technologies to provide actionable insights supporting & facilitating decision making process in all business areas.
• Drive analysis, generate insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive local strategy ensuring effective communication and alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with market research and interpret market insights to inform the organization's strategy. Collaborate with Species teams to provide relevant insights and recommendations based on market trends and data analysis.
• Familiarize oneself with processes such as testing, approvals, and implementation of analytics solutions. Navigate the organization to ensure the effective delivery of new solutions, addressing any hurdles or challenges that may arise.
• Continuously explore and identify opportunities to capture new data that can provide valuable insights. Work towards clearing organizational hurdles to gain access to data and establish processes for data acquisition and integration from various sources.
• Take responsibility for collection, organization, cleaning and management of data from various sources, including the integration of new platforms. Support new partnerships with third-party data providers, ensuring the integrity and usability of data.
• Identify and address any blockers or obstacles that may hinder data and analytics efforts. Escalate these issues if necessary and ensure continuous improvement in data availability and analytics capabilities.
• Provide guidance and consultation on the trackability and implementation of regional KPIs. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define and measure KPIs aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Streamline and optimize current reporting structures, ensuring consolidation and efficient utilization of data and insights. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance reporting processes and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate performance dashboards, such as traffic analytics, user engagement, and commercial metrics. Analyze the data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead MAXX CRM system data maintenance, analytics & dashboard reporting with influence.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.
• A higher degree or specialized certifications in data analytics & CRM. Advantageous.
• Fluent English: written and oral
• Excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret complex data sets. They should have proven experience 3 to 5 years in data analysis methodologies, statistical analysis, Field Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, and data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in using analytics & CRM Veeva Maxx tools and technologies is essential.
• A thorough understanding & business acumen of the organization's business goals and industry dynamics is important. He / She should be able to align data analytics & FFE strategies with the organization's overall business objectives and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
