Responsibilities:

  • An individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate instructions on the training assignment expectations.
  • You will be responsible to coordinate with the relevant internal & external teams, in managing and delivering training expectations, on project basis.
  • Must implement training principles to develop organized, simplified, and relevant instructional content for Payers, Providers, and Regulators.
  • Must develop a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required and create a training delivery plan for the assigned tasks.
  • Responsible to review the final client training content with the internal SMEs to ensure content accuracy before client delivery.
  • Contribute to the process improvement of the Knowledge Transfer team.
  • Ownership to maintain, track, and update, training materials.
  • Prepare or commission illustrations to elaborate on or complement the process in the training materials.
  • Responsible to ensure the training materials comply with IQVIA's established standards, templates, and guidelines, as per agreement with the client.
  • Build / update / analyze knowledge audits identify KPI data points and build reports (end user knowledge assessments and training delivery evaluation)
  • Responsible to deliver webbased and / or instructorled training (WBT and ILT); facilitate training sessions during the Q&A
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 410 years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to learn, adopt, and adapt to an agile environment.
  • Display ownership of assigned activities, while working and collaborating with internal and external teams
  • Strong proficiency in any of the authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe RoboHelp, and MS Office
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Word
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects or products simultaneously within stringent deadlines, with a sense of prioritization.
