Office Manager (H/F)

(Poste en CDI)

Vous aurez pour mission de faciliter la gestion du quotidien de l ensemble de vos coll gues (une trentaine de personnes).

Vos missions :

En bin me avec l h tesse d accueil pr sente de 8h30 13h30) :

- la gestion du standard et l accueil de nos visiteurs

- la gestion du courrier et des livraisons

- le suivi aux commandes n cessaires la vie du bureau (mobilier, fournitures de bureaux, consommables, ...), ainsi que le budget aff rent

- l excellente tenue des locaux et en particulier des espaces communs

- la gestion des badges d acc s aux locaux, les r servations de salles et des v hicules de fonction

- d intervenir en appui la logistique des services (commandes billets de train )

Vous assisterez :

-les Ressources Humaines pour les v nements d quipe (accueil nouveau collaborateur, repas d quipes, sorties )

- la Paie en centralisant les pr sences de chacun, les notes de frais,

- la Directrice administrative pour le suivi de certains dossiers (assurances )

- la Direction G n rale sur des missions ponctuelles

Poste pourvoir d s que possible.



Profil

Titulaire d un dipl me de type Bac +2 5 en gestion d entreprise, bureautique ou secr tariat, vous justifiez d au moins 3 ans d exp rience dans une fonction similaire. Vous fa tes preuve de r activit , d une grande capacit d adaptation et avez un bon relationnel ainsi que le sens du service.

Vous tes organis (e), et savez faire preuve d initiative. Polyvalence, autonomie et souplesse d esprit sont des qualit s essentielles pour occuper un poste d office manager.

Si vous voulez tre fier de votre m tier au quotidien, voluer, tre form et pourquoi pas d couvrir de nouveaux m tiers.


Avantages :

Participation au Transport hauteur de 75% ou prime mobilit de 400 net par an

Titre-restaurant hauteur de 10

Formation :

Minimum Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) ou plus

Exp rience : au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire (assistant de direction )
