About the Chalet

It's an incredibly beautiful Chalet situated in Meg.

The chalet has 5 bedrooms and can host up to 10 people.

There will be a maximum of 12 individuals in the Chalet at any given time for.

This position requires you to RESIDE ON-SITE. You will be provided with accommodation in an apartment or hotel, away from the.

The assignment

We are seeking 1 Head Waiter urgently available to commence work on March 02nd, 2023 until March 12th, 2023 inclusive (11 days).

Your work will begin on March 02nd around 3:00 pm and will conclude on March 12th in the.

You will serve meals as the service is not buffet-style;

You will be responsible for:

  • Serving meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all guests
  • Preparing the table before meals and Cleaning up afterwards
  • Serving drinks - alcoholic or non-alcoholic to the appropriate guests
  • Assisting the Chef within the Chalet with service and aiding in plate organization
  • This requires residing onsite with accommodation.

Work Schedule:

You will have a 10-hour shift with lunch break;

Additional/extra hours will be compensated on a daily wage basis

Your meals will be provided by the in-house.

Arriving at the Chalet:

You must have a vehicle to transport yourself to Meg ve, travel from your accommodation to the Chalet, and run errands in Meg Make sure your vehicle is properly.

If you are located away from Meg ve, the clients will cover your fuel costs and the toll.

Preferred profile

For this role, you MUST have:

  • Experience in VIP Villas or Chalets as a Butler/Head Waiter
  • Experience as a server in upscale dining establishments
  • Knowledge of Wines and Spirits, and basic culinary knowledge
  • Interior/Table decoration and Flower arrangement skills are.
  • You are fluent in English, French is a.
  • You must be highly self-reliant and capable of communicating and respecting your superiors accordingly;
