We require a PDI/Prep Technician of the highest calibre to join our busy Aftersales department at our SKODA Dealership in Burntwood.

Role and Responsibilities:

• To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements
• Measure, test and diagnose vehicle faults as and when required by the Service Manager
• Repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables where required
• Record all service and repair operations as required by the company and the manufacturer
• Work in a safe and professional manor, operating to health and safety standards
• Identify additional work and maintenance requirements on customer vehicles using an established EVHC process
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years' experience of working in a Franchise Dealership (or similar)
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Take responsibility for the safety, standard and quantity of their work
• Hold a full UK driving licence

This position is within a busy sales environment, as such you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package and vehicle as well as industry leading product and manufacturer training.

This is a fulltime position with 23 days paid annual leave, raising to 25 with longevity of service.
