We re urgently hiring a Senior level-2 Desktop Support Engineer to join our client.

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for receiving, prioritising, documenting, taking ownership of and actively resolving end user support requests whilst striving to deliver the highest level of customer service in line with our client s brand promise of providing the best customer service available in the industry.

The role is based in Brisbane, due to start immediately. This is 12 months fixed term contract role.

Responsibilities:

Log and resolve technical support issues
Provide support to users and resolve a complex technical, and operational issues, ensuring the end-to-end service meets customer s expectations and service levels descriptions
Monitor and report key performance indicators on the performance of end-to-end IT services including customer demand and prepare detailed analysis and management reports with recommendations for improvement

Manage IT service customer enquiries, complaints and suggestions, ensuring appropriate follow up and resolution to provide the highest levels of service.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of end-to-end IT services
Provide day-to-day support, advice and guidance to more junior staff, directing their work, and delivering training on your areas of expertise

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification in related
Extensive experience with supporting and troubleshooting of issues - L2 and upwards
Experience working in Windows 7/10 Environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, PC/phone hardware, Microsoft applications (MS Office)
Experience with device management platforms - Office 365 (especially Intune), Service Desk ticketing systems, Software deployment systems and SharePoint

Nice to have:

Experience in supporting business applications Okta, Salesforce, FinancialForce
Experience working in Linux OS and Mac OS
Essential knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
Relevant degree and or Microsoft/AWS Certifications
