Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erarbeitest, empfiehlst und implementierst Wachstums-Strategien f r unsere Marken im Hinblick auf Neukundengewinnung und Bestandskundenmanagement und spielst somit eine Schl sselrolle im Ausbau unserer Reichweite und unseres Umsatzes
  • Du verantwortest unterschiedliche unternehmens- und auch abteilungs bergreifende Wachstums-Projekte (insbesondere Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Excellence ). Beispielhafte Projekte: Launch eines neuen Marketingkanals, internationale Expansion von bestehenden Marketingkan len, Betreuung eines kanal bergreifenden Produktlaunch, Implementierung eines herausragenden Kundenservice, Optimierung von abteilungs bergreifenden Prozesse aller Art, Einf hrung von Tools
  • Du bist Impulsgeber und proaktiver Treiber und stellst permanent den Status-Quo in Frage. Du strebst eine Vorreiter-Rolle unserer Marken im Hinblick auf Kundenloyalit t an, priorisierst identifizierte Handlungsfeldern, implementierst z gig quick-wins sowie l ngerfristig gr erer Projekte
  • Du fertigst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen an und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du erstellst und optimierst Business-Pl ne, Projekt-Pl ne, ad-hoc Analysen und Reportings
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Managementteam, den zugeh rigen F hrungskr ften und s mtlichen Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern / Agenturen
  • Du arbeitest in unserem gro artigen, unternehmens bergreifendem Business Development Team und bist Mentor / Sparring Partner f r unsere Junior Business Development Manager. Deine Projekte umfassen Marketing und Sales Themen, aber auch Projekte aus anderen Bereichen wie bspw. Produktentwicklung und HR sind realistisch

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder hnliches
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im digitalen Marketing / Business Development, bestenfalls in einem schnell wachsenden, dynamischen Unternehmen
  • Gro er Pluspunkt: Hohe Affinit t und praktische Erfahrung im B2C E-Commerce sowie der FMCG-Branche
