Interested applicants should:

  • Must hold a recognised British teaching qualification for the secondary age range BA/BSC +PGCE.
  • Have at least 2 years qualified teaching experience post NQT teaching at least to GCSE (we are an Edexcel Centre).
  • Demonstrate a real passion for learning, an understanding of best practice and a desire to continually improve
  • Be committed and hard working, with high expectations of themselves and the pupils in their care and enjoy being a Form Tutor
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong collegiality and a drive to support whole school development
  • Teach inspiring lessons and use a variety of tools including ICT.
  • Possess a positive teamspirit and a good sense of humour
