Overview:
This role is the main interface between the GBS Planning Hub and the Market for Supply Planning collaborating with the operations teams and market planners to ensure market plans are adopted and service levels and working capital targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for production plans creation
- Accountable for inventory and business waste projections to be validated with the market.
- Lead weekly and monthly review meetings.
- Monitor key service metrics and worst performers with Integrated Planning Lead and directors.
- Analyse rootcauses for worst performers and support on the definition of action plans
- Attend supply alignment meeting
- Collaborate between Supply and MRP Planning Team for the Category to synchronize and aligns plan in light of need, stock & delivery dates
- First level of escalation on crisis
- Integration point between Market and GBS represents GBS at strategic meetings with the market
- Set weekly production plans (align on daily scheduling with market planners).
- Review daily production attainment for different production lines and analyze the gap between planned and actual volumes in coordination with market team.
- Aligns production plans with the production lines overhales & needed maintenance activities to secure production with no compromission on capacity.
- Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department in launching new products.
- Manage and execute Sector SPL cascaded projects for the market
Qualifications:
- Experienced in Supply Planning 46 Years.
- Proficiency in product category planning
- Team lead experience
- Problem solving knowhow
- Analytic skills
