FRENCH TEACHER POSITION - EXPERIENCED and QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ONLY
About the Family
It is a family of 5 members, parents and 3 children living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates;
At the moment, you will teach French to only the children;
The family is used to have staff working on their boat or in their household.
The project
We are looking for 1 French Teacher ready to start working promptly, preferably someone who has experience working for VIP or private employers previously;
You must be accustomed to tailor your teaching methods to meet specific and individual needs. Fluency in French is essential, being a native French speaker is advantageous, and conversational English is required for effective communication;
We seek an individual accustomed to maintaining exceptionally high standards and meeting expectations;
This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period.
You will directly report to the Family and customize your lessons based on the parents' learning requirements and goals in French;
The family seeks a competent and trustworthy French teacher to collaborate with;
Your responsibilities include teaching and communicating with the family members, especially Mister who has a keen interest in French;
You will be responsible for lesson planning, accommodating different proficiency levels within the family, and fostering motivation for French learning;
- Developing and organizing French teaching materials;
- Implementing tailored teaching lessons for each family member;
- Preparing assessments like exercises and organizing sessions;
- Ensuring family members can pronounce French words correctly;
- Conducting engaging and educational sessions;
- Communicating primarily in French with the family;
- Adapting lessons to the family's needs;
- Gathering feedback and organizing recreational activities;
- Maintaining progress reports and exploring teaching methodologies.
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in French language, French Literature, or related field;
- Previous experience as a French teacher or in a similar Educational role;
- Proficient in conversational French;
- Effective time management and organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work autonomously and respect family dynamics;
- Healthy, positive, and well-presented;
- Passionate about teaching and comfortable with private arrangements;
- Skilled in education, ensuring a positive learning environment;
- Always punctual with excellent interpersonal communication;
- Fluency in French is a must;
- No criminal record, honest, and reliable.
Salary: To be discussed based on qualifications (payment in UAE Dirhams with the equivalent amount in euros).
Package: The family offers accommodation, covers travel expenses, provides a flight to Dubai if needed, and assists with the working visa;
