Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Customer service Specialist (Back-office) role located in El Maadi for French speakers only.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Communicating with customers through various chats and resolving their complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in French (speaking and writing) is a must.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Creative and innovative personality.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
