Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and develop standardsaligned curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional strategies, multimedia elements, and educational technologies.
  • Write and edit instructional content, including text, graphics, activities, and assessments, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum standards and learning goals.
  • Incorporate best practices in curriculum design, instructional design, and pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.
  • Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure currency, relevance, and effectiveness based on feedback, research, and changes in educational standards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop supplementary materials, teacher guides, professional development resources, and other supporting materials.
  • Conduct pilot testing and evaluation of curriculum materials in realworld classroom settings, gathering feedback and insights to inform revisions and improvements.
  • Stay informed about current trends, research, and innovations in education, curriculum development, and instructional technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum standards, educational frameworks, and pedagogical principles.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development tools, instructional design software, and educational technologies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in clear and engaging language.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and excellence in educational content.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for creating impactful and meaningful learning experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
