Responsabilit s principales


Sous la supervision de surintendant de production, le/la superviseur (e) de production devra effectuer une partie ou l ensemble des t ches suivantes :
  • Diriger et coordonner les activit s des 14 employ s engag s dans la production de son quart de travail ;
  • D montrer le fonctionnement des quipements ainsi que les proc dures de travail et de s curit aux nouveaux employ s ou les assigner aux employ s exp riment s afin qu ils soient form s ;
  • Discuter avec les autres superviseurs afin de coordonner des op rations et des activit s au sein ou entre des d partements ; Discuter avec les gestionnaires ou des subordonn s afin de r soudre des probl mes des travailleurs, des plaintes ou des griefs ;
  • Faire respecter les r gles de sant , s curit et les diff rentes normes sanitaires ; Inspecter la mati re premi re, les mat riaux, les produits et les quipements afin de d tecter les d fauts, les dysfonctionnements ou les anomalies ;
  • Interpr ter les sp cifications, les plans, les commandes de travail ainsi que les politiques et les proc dures de l entreprise pour des travailleurs ;
  • Lire et analyser les graphiques, les commandes de travail, les calendriers de production et d autres documents et rapports afin de d terminer les exigences de production et valuer les estimations et sorties courantes de production ;
  • Observer le travail et surveiller les jauges, les cadrans et les autres indicateurs afin d assurer que les op rateurs sont conformes aux normes de production et de transformation ;
  • Planifier et tablir les horaires de son quart de travail, les t ches et les s quences de production afin d atteindre les objectifs de

Exigences
  • Dipl me d tudes coll giales dans le domaine de la foresterie ou en g nie industriel ;
  • 5 10 ann es d exp rience dans un poste de supervision ;
  • Exp rience et connaissances du milieu industriel de la production de bois ;
  • Bonne connaissance de la Suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ) ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes g n rales en informatique ;
  • Habilet utiliser la logique et le raisonnement afin de peser le pour et le contre de solutions alternatives et bien g rer son temps et le temps des autres ;
  • Habilet porter une attention particuli re ce que d autres coll gues ont dire et encha ner plusieurs actions en
