Vacancy : We are currently seeking to hire a professional caliber as Inventory Controller as per the following details: Location : Manufacturing Facility - 3rd Settlement - New CairoReporting: Finance ManagerGrade: iC01/IiC03 Purpose: To manage the inflow and outflow of products through the organization ensuring that inventory processes are carried out in a timely manner maintaining inventory levels, making monthly inventory reports, recording and labeling inventory items to be used in the future and maintaining accurate records A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as neededDeveloping and implementing inventory control systems and practicesLiaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchasesCoordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stockAnalyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systemsPerforming regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the Line Manager as appropriateMaintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory recordsAdministration of the inventory-tracking databaseCollaborate with Materials Management department in set-up and replenishment of emergency stock areasCollaborating with Purchasing and/or Accounting Departments to resolve problemsCoordinating returns, reconciliations and inventory of full siteEnsuring accuracy of stock information in warehouse management systemRaw material control, analysis and reportingInvestigation of discrepancies to final solution of any issueEnsuring all processes for inventory replenishment are followed correctlyProactively solve inventory problems and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal impact to customer and business processesB. Job Requirements Solid understanding of Oracle as ERP systemPrevious inventory control experience gained in a Distribution CentreHands on experience with warehouse management systemsProfessional MS Office skillsThe ability to work well in a fast paced environmentStrong multitasking capabilitiesC. Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in relevant field D.Competencies and Behaviors: Knowledge and competence in Inventory controlStrong computer literacy skills, specifically Microsoft Word, ExcelSuccessful experience with warehousing systemsStrong analytical and decision-making abilityHigh work ethic and standard of accountability and responsibilityIndispensable organization and disciplineProblem solving abilityExcellent written and verbal skills in EnglishTrack record of achievements in previous roles with unmatched sense of urgencyAbility to foresee upcoming challenges or obstacles and proactively set measures to minimize possible impact on running businessWhat we offer:
