Job Description

PositionOverview: 

This role will support our Account Managers in US managing and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn about mechanical insulation and our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
 Research potential customers and industries to identify key decision-makers and sales opportunities.
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
 Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts under the guidance of Account Managers.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
 Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements


Fluent In English is mandatory on this 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
 Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
effectively.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Working hours :- 4pm-1am Cairo Time

Working Days:-Monday-Friday
