Raya Foods, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Region Supervisor (Agro-Purchasing)

What will you do?

  • Responsible for securing long-term agreements with farmers while conducting assessments to evaluate the farmers’ discipline and crops’ quality.
  • Responsible for inspecting crops.
  • Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with farmers to secure a consistent supply of high-quality crops.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support to farmers in addressing any challenges related to crop cultivation.
  • Assist in completing the contracting cycle with the farmers and submitting the necessary documents to the finance department.
  • Oversee the crop cycle, which includes monitoring crop purchasing and adhering to Quality Standards.
  • Responsible for sourcing activities during the fresh and IQF seasons.
  • Adherence to the supply business plan.
