Senior Technical/basis Consultant

YOUR PROFILE University degree (bachelor/master/PhD) in computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering or comparable fields Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality Good communication skills in constructive and open style within team and customer-facing environments; fluent in English Strong background in SAP administration tasks and tools such as AS ABAP workload analysis, SAP HANA administration/analysis and knowledge about hardware/virtualization technologies Strong analytical and logical skills, ability to quickly acquire thorough understanding in innovative technologies Be passionate about staying current on fast-changing IT landscape and technologies and be confident to suggest new innovative ways to drive customer success. Ability and willingness to travel to customers and work abroad in customer projects

ABOUT THE TEAM Our motivated and diverse team within the SAP Customer Success organization "Center of Expertise" has the mission to support our largest customers within the premium segment as trusted advisors throughout the entire lifecycle of SAP software to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality. Especially the definition of IT architecture and infrastructure including advanced sizing estimations is a high demand from our customers in their transformation of their IT landscape, e.g. in their journey towards cloud deployments.
