Corporate Lawyer

• Maintain and file corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes, annual reports, etc.
• Create documents related to new corporate entity formations.
• Oversee the contract process, including planning, collaboration, negotiation, and execution.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, providing expertise in corporate and civil litigation on all judicial authorities and all governmental entities. 
• Review the drafting of and renewal of contracts ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organizational needs. 
• Offer legal counsel on emerging issues to internal stakeholders and precedents relevant to company operations and drafting warnings and sanctions whenever necessary. 
• Drafts documents, in Arabic, including lease agreements, fit-out agreements, real estate agreements, settlement and release agreements, waivers, etc.
• 
• Building relationships with legal institutions that in turn provide the necessary legal support
• Deals with customers regarding the payment of late installments or explain the terms of the contract and solve problems
• Land registration procedures in the real estate registry
• implements and follows up administrative work (real estate registration agencies, dealing with bailiffs, utility contracts ... etc.)

• Bachelor of Law degree 
• 4-7 years of relevant experience, with a focus on [specific areas of law relevant to the company, e.g., corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance].
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities •
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
