Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical issues and inquiries.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and provide tailored technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, sales, and development, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively support clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Monitor and report on client usage, feedback, and satisfaction to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
