Job Description

  2. Familiarity with buying clothing accessories + buttons + suit covers + tickets.
  3. Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve cost savings while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
  5. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
  6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contractual agreements.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and product specifications to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  8. Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
  9. Oversee the supplier evaluation and qualification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies, such as ethical sourcing, sustainability, and diversity initiatives.
  11. Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.
  13. Supervise and provide guidance to the purchasing team, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
Job Requirements

  4. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  7. Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  10. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
