Together with the customer, we deliver top performance For one of our clients in the Insurance segment, we are searching for a Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant, who will support Reputed Bank from UAE region

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support implementing the supply chain modules along with vendor.
  • Should be able to validate the vendor proposed designs as per the business requirements and do the due diligence in terms of the feasibility of the design in Fusion.
  • To get Business requirement from Business by conducting Requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare the BRDs and Functional Design Documents (FSDs).
  • Co-ordinate with technical team and walkthrough the requirements and FSDs.
  • Should be able to work with other applications team in the Organization and outside the organization (Third party vendor) to own and deliver the integration requirements.
  • Should understand the existing Business process.
  • Candidate should be able to work with cross modules owners and support them in delivering their components.
  • Prepare the detailed end to end test cases and SOPs to support SIT, UAT and Postproduction support.
  • Should be able to create a BRD and FSD to assist technical team to deliver the OTBI reports.
  • Must have executed Data Conversions for Cloud Implementation Projects which includes working with business to explain the data template files, mapping the fields with Legacy System, performing sanity check on data files and providing feedback, upload the data, extract the data, and reconcile the upload, error resolution and obtaining Data Conversion sign-off.
  • Exposure to Custom roles creation, Security, Sand box, Info lets and Info tiles. prepare the user manuals for training sessions

SKILLS

Must have

  • 12+ years of relevant experience(EBS and Fusion).
  • Candidate should have minimum 5 year of experience in Implementing the Oracle Fusion SCM modules of Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Contracts.
  • 4-5 years of experience in end to end implementation projects experience in SCM. Have experience in getting the Business requirement from Business by conducting Requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
  • Strong knowledge on P2P process flows.
  • Hands-on experience in Fusion Data Migration using FBDI.
  • Hands-on experience in creating BIP reports using Fusion Reports Analytics.
  • Extensive experience in data migration across SIT, UAT, Go Live, Post-Production support and Enhancement requests.
  • Experience in conducting workshop sessions to deliver the trainings to the users.
  • Well verse with the Quarterly upgrades and the Test plans
  • Strong Knowledge and understanding of different FBDI and ADFDI loaders to support the business processes.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Com/MBA/B-Tecch/M-Tech/CMA/CA.
  • Good communication skill.
