The QA/QC spearheads the development, implementation, and management of quality assurance and quality control programs, policies, and procedures for Dominant Travel Company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of top-notch tourism services across the organization.

QMS Development:

  • Develop, document, update, and control changes for QA/QC standards, policies, processes, and procedures for all tourism services.
    Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and

Inspection and quality issues Management :

  • Coordinate with external suppliers or partners to ensure compliance with our company's service QA standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and service excellence (including but not limited to documentation, people, services, buses – and hygiene).
  • Detect and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Compile and analyze quality control metrics, preparing detailed reports to highlight trends, problem areas, and opportunities for enhancement.

Quality assurance activities:

  • Developing and conducting internal audits covering all aspects of tourism activities.
  • Reporting audit findings and recommendations to top management 
  • Tracking corrective action implementation

Internal coordination:

  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control measures within all service processes.
  • Develop and execute staff training programs to promote a culture of quality service delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Stay well-informed about industry best practices for quality assurance in travel and tourism services.
  • Analyse customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and online reviews to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Lead comprehensive root cause analysis on quality issues and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English
  • Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, quality management, or a related field.
  • Certification of quality control 
  • Certification in quality assurance, auditing, or inspection is preferred and a strong advantage (ISO etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance and control role.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies in service industries.
