The Workshop Supervisor Engineer will take complete responsibility for workshop jobs. This includes inspecting, dismantling, repairing, assembling, and testing engines, spare parts, and assemblies. Along with leading and managing a team of technicians.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Prepare a monthly maintenance schedule ensuring timely delivery for all planned jobs at the required quality level as per the technical standards and specifications required
Apply and ensure compliance of the Workshop team to Health and Safety procedures and standards
Lead and motivate team of technicians to carry out maintenance tasks
Act as a technical advisor to the complex problems occurring during maintenance operations
Avoid unnecessary replacement of spare parts
Inspect & test after repairs are performed
Prepare and analyze the Group Productivity Report, highlighting monthly maintenance activities (i.e. of repairs, recurring technical problems, etc.), provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed
Set the yearly plan for the workshop tools and equipment
Participate in preparing the yearly operating expenses of his function by, providing input to the Workshop
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
From 5 to 7 years of experience
Good practical engineering background
Good English proficiency
Ability to apply engineering knowledge for new projects
Positive approach towards customers
