• Attending meetings with Clients & consultants.
• Offer expert advise to the clients
• Resolve arising conflicts between various design components
• Making as-built drawings, shop drawings.
• Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects.
• Layout and plan interior design arrangements using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Minimum3-6 years experience in architecture design and technical office
• Previous experience dealing with clients directly
• Excellent interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of quantity survey
• Good knowledge of computer knowledge ( Revit –Microsoft office – auto cad-Adobe Photoshop)
