Job Scope:

OH operations support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the private medical insurance operations:

  • Insured members full data verification / documentations availability.

  • Daily complaints record sheet.

  • Tracking for MI representatives’ attendance

  • Support in Global Cority system for the region: Creating reports, tracking utilization or any relevant activity.

  • Keeping track of OH ordering supplies.

  • PO creation for OH supplier quotations \ Financial follow up for the pending payments.

  • Providing administrative support to the clinic team or projects as needed.

  • Help the medical team in the data records if needed.

  • Finalizing all internal affairs for the medical department.

  • Assist in organizing events.

Key Competencies & Skills – Standards of Leadership

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant major

  • Years of experience : 1 to 2 years (mainly in administration and/or operations)

  • Strong command of MS Officer

  • Good English level

  • Strong communication skills

  • Passion for High Performance
