Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

  • Design and develop user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Digital Marketing:

  • Optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, PPC) to achieve marketing goals.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies.

Animation Experience:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing animations for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Use animation tools and software to produce high-quality animations that enhance user experience and storytelling.
  • Integrate animations seamlessly into UI designs to improve interactivity and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop animated content for promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Animation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Digital Marketing Expert.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and animation software like Adobe After Effects or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, digital marketing campaigns, and animation work.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with motion design principles and techniques.
