The tasks of the plant security supervisor include and are not limited to the following: Implementing and updating security policies, programs and plans issued by administrative decisions and presenting the aspects of development that can be introduced either at the plant level or in all plants. Report any violation or malfunction in industrial security, fire prevention and follow-up of the efficiency of fire equipment and equipment, professional safety and food safety. Make sure that all employees are secured while they are inside their premises and while entering and exiting the gates. Ensure that all visitors have been properly identified using the available equipment to ensure that they are not carrying any illegal items. Ensure that all foreign workers have been inspected during safe entry and exit using the available equipment to ensure that they do not carry any company prohibitions or products. Ensure that the company's property is secured and that it is not robbed, looted or deliberately vandalized. Report any malfunction in the security equipment and follow up on the efficiency of the equipment and equipment continuously. Make sure that all the equipment and the company's files are secured, spare parts, equipment, mechanical, electrical, and electronic machinery, and the exit of it should be accompanied by a pepsico employee with written approval. Follow up the implementation of administrative procedures for the entry and exit of all cars and individuals, ensure the implementation of inspection procedures from the security and procedural aspects, review their registration with books and records at the end of the shift and make a daily report to the direct manager. Follow-up of the money transfer cars inside the plant and take the investigation of the personality of the crew of the car and check if it matches with the disclosure that the Financial Department reported to him for security and dangers and prevention in case of disagreement as well as the appointment of a security personnel with the car until exit. Review and make all inputs in the security records and confirm the authenticity of their data and record any violation in the daily report and present it to its direct manager. Coordinating the working times of the security force members of the plant so that the plant is covered by security 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays - distributing tasks to security guards, supervising them and reviewing their tasks assigned to them. Supervising the good appearance of the security guards and making sure that they are wearing their uniforms and taking the necessary exercises and courses according to the contract. Supervising the proof of the presence and departure of security guards according to the administrative system followed with the work of detecting delays, absences and irregularities and offering to its direct manager of accreditation and notifying the manager competent in the public administration. Responsible for evaluating any new security individual and agreeing that he conforms to the conditions and specifications in the contract and to ensure that he is able to master writing and reading and carry out simple calculations. Participation in the presence of waste committees, execution committees or any committee may be new following written and explicit guidance from its direct manager. Supervising and verifying the quantities of products issued and coming from the market and coordinating them with the finances to account for the differences between them financially. Coordination and agreement with the plant manager to identify the entrance and exit gates for employees and visitors, daily labor and cars of all kinds, and distribute security tasks to the gates based on this determination with the situation taking into account the possibility of unifying those gates from what leads to the reduction of security personnel - provided the approval of its direct manager and the manager of the plant and any other manager who has direct responsibility in this decision. Conducting a written official investigation in cases of theft, irregularities or security facts and providing evidence or witnesses about the incident. Receive instructions from the administration or the director of security and distribute the tasks to the security personnel of the plant and follow up their implementation. Responsible for following up and updating the lists of those who are prohibited from entering and dealing with the prohibited if necessary. In cases of sale of scrap in the plant, the places of execution of the sale must be secured and regulated, and the exit of the scrap sold must not be allowed until the documents indicating this are available according to the company's policies. Reporting and providing training on the evacuation experience and the plant insurance plan. Responsible for the security situation in general within the plant. Responsible for carrying out security exercises for security guards obtained from his direct manager and making sure that they understand them and the quality of application and implementation. Quick response and reporting the need for backup when there is a shortage of guards. Take samples of camera footage to make sure that all violations were tracked by the control room. Put a security action plan for the production lines during repair and maintenance, promotion, and campaigns. The presence at plant gates during the entry of OS labour to monitor the situation and follow up the inspection. This is in addition to the tasks or duties assigned to him by the security department or other security departments.
Qualifications/Requirements A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in the field of security for high education holders or at least 5 years for the average qualification, two years of them in a similar job. The ability to constantly develop himself by learning the latest technologies in the field of security. The patron of intuition and good behavior in taking any quick and wise action to remedy a particular situation and solve a certain problem. Excellent organizational skills to be able to prioritize responsibilities and meet pre-scheduled appointments in a multi-tasking work environment. The ability to work on any other administrative or security tasks or duties assigned to it on its site or other sites. The ability to work in a challenging environment and be ready to communicate at any time, seven days a week. Fluent in English reading and writing – average knowledge. The ability to write reports clearly and accurately. The ability to use and deal with security devices (radios, metal detectors and bag and camera detection). Using computers and MS Office.
