Job Purpose GTT&MFD, Process Improvement Job Responsibilities Make sure lab and experiement activities comply ESH polies and goverment regulations.Responsible for OTC lab’s safety and eviroment issues

评估生产过程中的安全及环境因素，通过改善工程工艺过程，减少或者消除工程中的安全及环境风险。 GTT&MFD, beaker test to verify BOM, Process and QC spec 产品转移及过程变更的评估，用烧杯实验来验证产品配方，过程及质控规格 Set up BOM master for new Products and revise BOM master to improve existing production process.
为新产品在系统里建立WI, 过程参数，必要时修改现有过程参数以提高过程能力 Assist to evaluate new RM with lab trial run test.
用小批量实验协助评估新原料 Apply Lean and 6 Sigma to analysis and improve process capability.
应用精益生产及6西格玛工具分析并提高过程能力 Assist to improve FPY and summarize monthly
协助提高首次合格率并定期总结 Investigate batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaint. 研究失效原因，解决内外部投诉
