Job Purpose Responsible for developing and achieving the successful system design for wastewater for clients using knowledge about equipment design and operations. Responsibilities include a broad range of knowledge about specific technologies for water treatment. There will be some travel to clients for technical expertise during the sales process. Job Responsibilities Develop / maintain effective sales relationships with sales team Strong focus on sales opportunity creation, market development and brand value selling Ability to develop and execute plans to convert opportunities into profitable sales ‘Value in use’ sales and presentation skills capabilities Excellent knowledge about a variety of treatment technologies Desire to gain comprehensive knowledge of related products Understanding product applications to ensure system design Ability to travel as required by the business and territory (regional and/or international) Building and maintaining effective team working relationships with co-workers
Job Requirements Bachelor’s level degree is required, Master’s leverl will be preferred. Minimum of 10 years of water equipment experience or technology area. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM or similar software Proven effectiveness working within a sales team Good collaborator in achieving goals Effective home office worker, where necessary Good language skills in English & Chinese, business report writing, presentation creation and delivery
